How it works

You share the policy. We check the dealers. You decide.

A managed service for aftermarket parts brands: we set up the part numbers and dealer listings with you, record advertised prices on an agreed schedule, review every potential exception by hand, and email you the evidence each week.

§ 01

What you supply

Only what we need to compare like with like. Policy documents are exchanged securely after we’ve both agreed it’s a fit — never through the public form.

MAP policy
Your current written policy, including its effective date and any exceptions (bundles, coupons, shipping, dates).
MAP price sheet
The current authoritative sheet: brand, exact MPN, variant, MAP price, effective date. CSV or XLSX is fine.
Priority parts
The part numbers that matter most — typically a few dozen to start, not your whole catalogue.
Dealers
The independent online dealers you want watched. We confirm each one is practical to check before it goes in scope.
A decision owner
One person who owns MAP for your brand and can answer policy questions.
§ 02

What we do

  1. 01Load your price sheet as a dated policy version. Old MAP prices are never overwritten, so past findings always point at the price that applied at the time.
  2. 02Match each part to exact dealer listings and record how confident the match is. Fuzzy or unverified matches are never compared. Why matching matters
  3. 03Run a baseline check and walk you through ambiguous matches before monitoring starts.
  4. 04Record advertised prices on the agreed schedule, with a timestamp and evidence for every observation — and a recorded reason for every check that fails.
  5. 05Review every potential exception by hand before it reaches you.
  6. 06Send your weekly report by email. No dashboard to log in to.
§ 03

Evidence standard

We call a price below your MAP reference a potential below-MAP observation. Whether it breaches your policy depends on your policy’s terms and exceptions — so it’s your call, and we don’t describe anything as a violation.

  1. Callout 1: Advertised price as displayed on the product page — not a cart or checkout price
  2. Callout 2: Part number matched to your current price sheet, checked by a person
  3. Callout 3: MAP reference with its policy version and effective date
  4. Callout 4: Capture time, with a screenshot and page link kept for the report
  • Checked, at or above MAP
  • Potential below-MAP observation
  • Needs policy clarification
  • Not checked — reason reported
§ 04

Your weekly report

Useful even in a week with zero exceptions: you see what was checked, what succeeded and what couldn’t be checked. See a sample report.

Scope
Which parts, dealers and exact listings were in scope.
Check success
What share of scheduled checks completed.
New observations
Potential below-MAP observations, with links, timestamps and evidence.
Changes
What was resolved, dismissed or unchanged since the last report.
Questions
Results that need your policy clarification.
Not checked
Which sources couldn’t be checked, and why.
§ 05 · Trust and limits

How we handle your data and your dealers

Your data
Your policy and price sheet are used only for your monitoring. They are never shown to other manufacturers or used in anyone else’s reports, and never published at a public URL.
Quality gate
A person reviews every potential exception before it is reported. Uncertain results are labelled as uncertain.
Coverage gaps
If a site blocks access, changes layout or fails to load, we report it as not checked. We never send a clean result for a check that didn’t happen.
Site access
We respect site rules and rate limits. We don’t bypass logins, CAPTCHAs or access restrictions.
Not included
Contacting or penalizing dealers, legal determinations, real-time alerts, whole-internet or full marketplace coverage.
