What this website collects, why, and who can see it.

Draft pending legal review. Bracketed items are still to be confirmed.

This website is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY] (“we”). It is a marketing site for a managed MAP monitoring service for U.S. automotive aftermarket manufacturers. Last updated: [DATE].

What we collect

When you request an assessment

  • Your brand or company name, website, your name and work email.
  • Business details you choose to give: product segment, approximate number of priority part numbers and online dealers, target dealers, whether you have a MAP policy and current price sheet, how you monitor today, and any notes.
  • How you found us: campaign tags in the link you used (for example utm_source), the referring website, and the first page you visited.

We do not ask for MAP policies or price sheets through this website.

When you browse

  • Basic page-view analytics through Vercel Web Analytics, provided by our hosting provider, Vercel.
  • Anonymous funnel events — for example that a visitor arrived from a campaign, started the assessment form, or saw, used, downloaded from or followed a link in one of our tools — recorded with the page, campaign tags, referrer and a random session identifier. For tools we record which tool and which page it was on, never the numbers or answers you enter. These events contain no name, email address or other contact details.
  • Our own code sets no cookies. It stores two small values in your browser: your first-visit campaign details (kept for up to 90 days, so a later assessment request can be attributed to the original link) and a random per-tab session identifier. You can clear both by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

How we use it

  • To assess whether our service fits your brand and to reply to you.
  • To understand which outreach, pages and tools lead to assessment requests.

We don’t sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Only us, and the service providers that run this site for us: Vercel (website hosting and analytics), Neon (our database) and Loops (email), which delivers the notification of your request to us and the confirmation email to you.

How long we keep it

We remove your name, email address, brand, website and written answers from an assessment request 90 days after you submit it, unless we are in active discussions with you or you become a customer. We keep the remaining non-identifying details — such as product segment, approximate part and dealer counts, and the campaign you arrived from — so we can measure which outreach works. Anonymous funnel events are kept for the same purpose.

Customer monitoring data

If you become a customer, the MAP policies, price sheets and monitoring results you share are governed by your written service agreement, used only to provide your monitoring and never shared with other manufacturers.
